Michael Awusie (Emmett) is a founding member of Pride Not Prejudice, a company that performs plays about smart social and health choices for teenagers in NYC high schools. Some of his recent credits are: By The Banks of The Nile, The Island, Pa's Hat: A Liberian Tale, Man Up and Away, Shoshana's Coin, ...in which Bishop Eddie Long Loses A Battle With His Demons, Legendary: A Mantasia, Falling Out With Gregarian Tunks, and Shadow With No Form.
