Timothy Huang

(Understudy for Lot) has performed in theatre, film and TV in and around the New York area since getting his BFA in acting from NYU/Tisch and CAP21 in 1997. Theatre credits include the world premiere of Shanghai Lil's at Pan Asian Rep, the rock musical Making Tracks with Second Generation, NAATCO/Ma-Yi's You Can't Take it With You and Forbidden City Blues at Stamford Theatre Works. He also originated the role of Moxa in The Remarkable Journey of Prince Jen for which he earned the coveted title: Asian Answer to John Cleese, and Kajiin Burning Botticelli at the 2004 New York Fringe Festival. Screen credits include appearances on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien", "SNL", "Yongsoo Park's Free Country" (Jason Kim), "The Accident" (with Amy Acker and Sarah Clarke) and HBO's award winning Mafia drama, "The Sopranos". As a writer, Timothy has written book and lyrics for the one act musical And Then There Were Two with composer Carl Fernstrum (NYU/GMTWP), and music for the one acts Breathing Mars with playwright Liz Duffy Adams (Warning: Not For Broadway or the Met Either) and Kissing Nick with playwright Catherine Ward (Raw Impressions Musical Theatre Workshop).
