A Noir Thriller About Deceit, Abuse of Power and The Influence of the Media

A young man is mutilated . . His girlfriend is accused . . And the only witness is catatonic, unable to speak. A prestigious university is rocked by scandal and death when one of their brightest students, Charles Loathian, is caught cheating on his girlfriend, Lucy. Enraged, she kills her lover, mutilates his body and scatters the parts throughout the woods.

An open and shut case . . or is it?

When eager journalist Oliver Betters investigates the crime, he finds a sinister couple that talk about a lone witness, found wandering the forest, in shock after what he's seen. As the journalist digs deeper, he discovers a truth darker than anyone could've expected.
