In the impoverished world of ex-Steel town Donora, PA three brothers make a blood oath to escape by any means necessary. A story as gritty and moving as the place it depicts, Blood Potato explores how hope, family, and unrequited love are twisted by the crystal meth hurricane sweeping through small town America.

The mission of THE BE COMPANY is to tell stories. We are firm believers in better living through theatre and, to that end, strive to support new works and new voices. We gravitate toward stories that investigate the human condition and explore the lives of the unexamined. Theatre is a vital force, one that can open minds and bridge the fissures that fracture our society. We are writers, directors, actors, and lovers of the medium committed to bringing invigorating theatre to new and diverse audiences
