Do
we ever really grow up? "Real Live Sex On Stage"
This new comic drama tells the story of 6 men and women in their twenties (both gay & straight) who share the memory of a tragic event from their childhood that forever altered their view of sex & sexuality. As the twentieth ãanniversaryä of the event approaches, memories begin to surface in the form of nightmares. They decide to honor a pact they made to reunite twenty years later---and let go of the past that controls them. In the process, they uncover hidden truths about themselves and each other, often with hilarious results. Mike, a gay performance artist who bares all
in his work, struggles with intimacy (and his boyfriend, Lance), as
does Maggie--a lesbian porn queen who finds it difficult to see sex
as an expression of love. Shelley, a sitcom star, battles low self-esteem--while
Mark works at a strip club and channels his anger at women and his abusive
father into lonely, drunken binges. STARRING:
