A sizzling, sexy, and hilarious new play by Suzanne Bachner that explores the issues of sex, power, desire and intimacy -- performed by 4 actors in 10 scenes -- will be exposed at the Kraine Theater. When CIRCLE premiered last March at the Raw Space, OOBR called CIRCLE "possibly the best production on the Off-Off-Broadway boards; without a doubt, Suzanne Bachner is the outstanding playwright of the moment." The John Montgomery Theatre Company received a 2001 OOBR Award for CIRCLE. An encore performance was given at PS NBC @ HERE in June. CIRCLE is set in present day Los Angeles and New York City with characters who are straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, husband, wife, father, producer, superstar, frat boy and stripper. These characters are linked through a daisy-chain of sexual contact as they meet in various locations, including a S&M dungeon, a bedroom, Starbucks, a nightclub, and cyberspace, striving to make a deeper connection with one another. Directed by Trish Minskoff, CIRCLE returns with the original cast and production team intact. The ensemble of actors includes
