Horse TRADE Rental procedure

To book a space for a Performance:

All Horse TRADE spaces are available for rent year-round. Because rental spaces in New York vary widely, we highly recommend that you make an appointment to view the space you're interested in, to make sure it's right for your project.

After seeing the space (or if you are already familiar with our spaces), email or call 212-777-6088 to place a rental request.

In your request, please state:

 Total Number of performances requested (approx)

To secure the space, you can make an appointment M – F 10am - 6pm to sign a contract and make a deposit.

1/3 of your total fee is required upon signing, with the remainder due before you open. You will also need to provide a separate, refundable Space Deposit check of $500.

A FEW NOTES:

•
 All rates are available online. We keep our prices as low as possible, so we do not offer any discounts.
•
 In general, one night events are only available Sunday – Wednesday. Weekend 8pm shows are rented in a three-day block.

 Your company is required to provide a fireguard or each performance. All fireguard info is available on our website.
•
 Your company is required to purchase general liability insurance. You have the option of buying into our plan, or we can provide you with recommendations. You can inquire for details at time of contract.
•
 All sets must be struck and put away nightly; a limited amount of storage space will be made available to each show. There is a repertory (unalterable) plot in each space. Each space has a minimum of four refocusable lights.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There are no refunds once a space is contracted. The producer is required to provide all funds outlined in the Horse TRADE contract once signed.

To book space for Rehearsal:

You can call 212-777-6088 or email the office to request rehearsal times. We require 72 hours notice if you are unable to use the space. All rates are also available online.

We accept Personal Checks, Cash, Credit Cards and Money Orders.
