Question: What do you do when the rest of your sketch group moves to LA?

Answer: Drink, dream and do a one-man show.

KEVIN MAHER, one-third of the acclaimed, currently disbanded sketch troupe TV HEAD, stars in his first one-man show. . . populated by 27 characters living in a country that celebrates the rugged individual yet fears the loner, scorns the drifter and demonizes the hobo. Maher's pride parade of deadbeats, shut-ins and swillbellys includes a paranoid Sam Goody employee, a jogger who sold his soul for prune juice, and an animatronic John Wayne framed for murder.

LONE DRIFTER has been performed at Surf Reality, PSNBC @ HERE and in Horse Trade's HA! Comedy Fest January 2002 (excerpts featured on Comedy Central's website).
