Afton Boggiano
(Performer)
(Aida): is a native New Yorker with stars in her eyes from a very early age. In her High School years she trained with Bert Michaels as a triple threat at the Long Island HS of Performing Arts. At this time she appeared in community shows and also won the National Arts Competition her senior year for Musical Theater. Upon graduation with a BFA from Montclair State University, Afton found herself in high demand. She did shows for the Michael Checkov Theater Company, and independent films of all different types. She acted in commercials for ikeepsafe.com, NintendoDS and Clearisil. She appeared on TV, featured briefly on CW's GOSSIP GIRL, and the "Tyra" show; and Discovery Channel's "Popular Science: Future of." Afton is eager, excited, and animated. She's a homerun! Much of her recent training has been developed under the guidance of Susan Batson and the teaching staff at the Black Nexxus Inc.

Andrew Bauer
(Playwright)
Was educated at Georgetown and Columbia Universities where his first play, Henderson, was produced at The Minor Latham Theatre. Other plays include, A Pocket Mirror Will Do, produced at the University of Minnesota Theatre School and in New York City by The York Players, The Stylists and A Garden Of Delights at Manhattan Theatre Club, The Bridal Shower at the Howard McClure and Dryclean at Under St. Marks Theater as part of The New York International Fringe Festival. For many years, Mr. Bauer was also Gene Frankel's partner in The Gene Frankel Theatre School in New York City. Mr. Bauer currently lives in New York City on St Marks Place.

Eleonore Dyl

In 1996, Eleonore graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in stage management and theatre production. Since then she has worked on film and theatrical productions with international directors such as Irina Brook and Luc Bondi. Eleonore started to direct her own projects in 2003. In 2006, she received a grant from the Swiss government to develop a personal theatrical project in NYC. Since then, she divides her time between NY and Europe. Currently, she is working in NY for the Marie-Christine Giordano Dance Company as Director of Theater Education, collaborating with Gilles Vuissoz on the surrealist film La Baignoire du Champ (to be released in 2010), and working on her next production, a stage adaptation of a graphic novel.

(Raoul): trained with The Gardzienice Company in Poland and The Moscow Art Theater. At Yale University, Gabriel appeared as Roma in Glengarry Glen Ross, Romeo in Romeo and Juliet, and Eddie in Fool for Love. Gabriel is the recipient of the Stephen Hoenig Actors Award and the Seymour Lustman prize in the arts.

Gael Miller

Playwright, Producer, Director, and Actor with Elysium Productions in Northern Ireland which produced her works Elysium, Llorando Fuego, Bastard Child, Raw Heaven Ride,The Death of Me , as well as William Packard's works - Spider Web, Neukeia Poem, Woman in an Asylum, Sandra and the Janitor, The Killer Thing and The Marriage. Other favorite works include Quiet Room, Nuts, Confessional, Betrayal, Electra and Moon for the Misbegotten. Film credits: A Dying Art, Chord and currently filming Cobra Criada. Member of The Actors Studio Playwright/Directors Unit and Associate Editor of The New York Quarterly, which was quoted by Rolling Stone as the most influential poetry magazine in America. Ms. Miller was recently commissioned by Susan Batson to write a piece for Juliette Binoche for her dance performance tour of IN-I entitled I, Juliette. Ms. Miller divides her time between NYC, Dublin, and Belfast.

Jessica Chazen

JESSICA CHAZEN (Debra): is thrilled to join the talented cast and crew of Playing Cricket and overjoyed to be on stage after taking some time of to pursue a yoga teaching certification. Jessica has a BFA in Theater from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. She recently made her Off-Broadway debut in The Last Jew in Europe at the Triad Theater. Her favorite roles include Hermia in A Mid-Summer Night's Dream and Dabby in Our Country's Good. Trained, performed and toured nationally and internationaly as a classical ballerina. After moving to NYC, she transitioned careers. Her stage management credits include Fela, Lillian Yuralia with director Austin Pendelton and BASH FOR NEW YORK's BRAVEST with the Dennis Leary Firefighter Foundation. Livia also holds a Master's Degree in Arts Administration.

(Cricket): is happy to part of this production of Playing Cricket. Originally from Massachusetts, some of his favorite roles include regional productions of A Night of the Iguana as the Rev. Shannon, a touring production of Hamlet as the Danish prince, and Gerry in Dancing at Lughnasa. Here in New York he has appeared in The Strawberry Theater Festival as Roman in a finalist production of Love in Boom. He has most recently appeared in A Reed in the Wind and prior to that Nobody Suspects a Butterfly starring Anthony Rapp (written and directed by Chris Henry), and in A Case of Murder at La MaMa, Etc. He was also seen as a stalker on CBS's AS THE WORLD TURNS. He is a lifetime member of The Actors Studio.
