Isabella F. Byrd is a Brooklyn based designer and collaborator. Recent and selected: The Seagull (w/ John Gould Rubin), Assoc. on 13P/Sarah Ruhl's Melancholy Play (a new chamber piece), Act Before You Speak (Throes Theater @ The Flea), and Playing with Fire (the Private Theater.) Selected designs: As You Like It (Queen's Co.) Judas Iscariot, Polaroid Stories (Lee Strasberg), Order (directed by Austin Pendleton) and Othello (Oberon), Golden Gate (Williamstown). Associate/Assist credits include the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, Spoleto Festival USA, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Atlantic Theater Co, Playwrights Horizons, and A Steady Rain on Broadway. Isabella was a Producer and the Assoc. General Manager for recently imploded 13Playwrights, Inc.
